2. Communications

By creating an account on our website, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your name, address, phone number, credit card information, billing address, and any styling-related information requested by us.

3.1 Service Fees

All fees for our styling services are clearly stated on our website and/or will be communicated to you before services commence. All fees are in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any fee changes by updating our website or communicating directly with clients with upcoming appointments.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking for all services. For certain packages or extended service agreements, payment plans may be available as specified at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

3.3 Late Payments

If you fail to pay any installment of a payment plan by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received. A late payment fee of £25 may be applied to overdue payments.

4. Service Appointments

4.1 Booking Appointments

Appointments for styling services can be booked through our website, via email, or by phone. Appointment times are subject to stylist availability.

4.2 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments will be confirmed via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the appointment details are correct and to notify us of any discrepancies.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% fee or can be rescheduled once without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be treated as cancellations subject to our cancellation policy.

4.5 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the stylist's schedule, with full service fees still applying. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat this as a no-show.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Service Description

OpenFenland offers various styling services as described on our website. While we strive to accurately represent our services, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed as styling results depend on various factors including but not limited to individual features, personal preferences, and available wardrobe items.

5.2 Client Obligations

To ensure optimal service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding your styling needs, preferences, and any relevant constraints.
  • Make yourself and your wardrobe (for wardrobe audit services) available at the agreed time.
  • Cooperate with your stylist and consider their professional recommendations.
  • Provide feedback during the styling process to help refine recommendations.

5.3 Service Limitations

Our stylists provide recommendations based on their professional expertise, but the final decision on implementing these recommendations rests with you. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, romantic success, or other personal achievements as a result of our styling services.

6. User Content

6.1 User Submissions

Some services may allow you to submit content such as photos of yourself, your wardrobe, or style preferences ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you submit.

6.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant OpenFenland a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing our styling services to you.

6.3 Testimonials

If you provide testimonials or reviews of our services, you grant us permission to use these, along with your name and profile picture, for marketing and promotional purposes. If you wish to withdraw this permission, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OpenFenland and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. 7.1 Styling Materials

Any styling guides, lookbooks, or other materials created specifically for you as part of our services are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
